Add a dash of Visual Magic to your Wedding - a 219 Production

Lights, Bubbles, Streamers, Confetti, Clouds or Snow anyone? 219 Productions has got you covered! Literally!

We were super excited when our friend and fellow wedding vendor, Paul from 219 Productions asked if we'd be available to shoot some stills for his special effects video shoot.  He learned at the last minute that he would get to set up at Centennial Park so he had very little time to pull this collaboration together.

He still needed another makeup artist and a floral designer and of course we knew who to call, Ami Bangalan and Charlyn of Charlyn's Floral!  I couldn't believe these ladies made themselves available with basically no notice. That's how passionate people are, they just make it happen.

Paul had two adorable couples posing as our brides and grooms.  A big thank you to Lynsey & Ben and Lupita & Joe for keeping up the great energy!

Kelly Raab did an amazing job on the hair for both brides.  She gave Lynsey a romantic, whimsical twisted braid and for Lupita, a soft, romantic updo.  She also did Lynsey's make-up, giving her a glamorous sun-kissed look.  We were so happy to meet yet another talented artist.

Ami Bangalan did a beautiful job on the make-up for Lupita.  She gave her a "Natural-Glam" look that accentuated her natural beauty.  We see that highlight poppin Ami!  You can follow Ami on youtube as Ami Erika to get great makeup advise and tips. (And to see what an absolutely adorable personality she has!)

Charlyn was inspired by the new trends for 2017 and incorporated a lot of greenery,  gold branches and gold accents for the reception decor.  She used fresh eucalyptus, scabiosa pods and Italian ruscus for the tablescapes.  We love that fresh take.  Classic red roses were given new life in modern geometric vases set atop of wood slices.  The feel was very clean, organic and next level.  The handheld bridal bouquets were a striking ensemble of anemones, purple allium, sage and lavender.  The result was so chic.  Centennial Park also loved Charlyn's work so much that they asked to keep her arrangements for their event directly after our shoot!

To finish off the elegant look of our faux-reception, the ceiling was draped with fabric by Ever After Events and chair covers and sashes were provided by Calla Event Company.  Insider tip: the view from the banquet hall at Centennial Park at sunset is spectacular!

Lynsey wore her own beautiful wedding gown from Bride & Joy Boutique.  The delicate lace pattern on the cap sleeves and bodice were so romantic.  Her handsome husband wore a tux from Dunhill Tuxedos.

Lupita and Joe are not really married (yet) but they sure fooled us. They looked so in love while dancing on pink clouds. Lupita wore a glamorous gown from Elegance Wedding and Evening Wear with the most unique lace overlay.  It was modern yet vintage looking.  Her dashing "groom" Joe wore a tux from Elegance as well.

And last but not least, 219 Productions did not disappoint with their special effects.  They brought uplighting in a rainbow of colors, geysers, bubbles, snow, streamers, confetti, and dry ice smoke.  It transformed the venue by making it into a visual wonderland. These special effects add to the reception atmosphere and elevate the moment. How fun is it to dance surrounded by bubbles or snow! The photos look so fun and dreamy!  We can't decide which effect is our favorite, but we have to say that dancing on a cloud would be something we'd want at our wedding. ( Bummer, we are already married. )

Even though this wasn't an actual wedding, everyone brought their energy and professionalism and we had a blast.  We are all definitely ready and can't wait for the real thing this season!

Bring on the brides and bubbles!
